Languages
Which languages the platform supports and how the language is set.
#What languages does the platform work in?
Eight: Czech, English, Slovak, Spanish, Greek, Dutch, French, and Hungarian. The whole participant journey is translated: the app, the assessment, the report, emails, and recommendations.
#How is the language set?
The organization sets the default language. But each participant can switch it themselves with the globe icon in the app, and their choice takes precedence. In a bulk import you can also set the language individually per person, so invitations and emails reach everyone in their own language.
#A colleague speaks a different language than the rest of the organization. Can she take part?
Yes. Either the admin sets her language during import, or she switches it herself after signing in. The app switches immediately and emails arrive in the new language too; only an invitation to an already scheduled check-in may still arrive in the original language.
#Why are the names Explorer, Operator, Builder, and Transformer not translated?
They are fixed methodology level names, like certification names. They stay the same in every language, so that "L2 Builder" means the same thing in Prague and in Madrid. Everything else is translated.
