FAQ

How the assessment works

What the assessment consists of, how long it takes, pausing, voice, and retaking it.

#What does the assessment consist of?

Two parts that build on each other:

  • Spark - a questionnaire of 16 questions in four blocks: the context of your work, your habits when working with AI, your strengths, and the ways you use AI. It takes about 5 minutes.
  • Deep - a conversation with Aimee. It asks about your most recent concrete situations where you used AI, about repeated tasks, tools, and outputs. It takes 15 to 20 minutes and carries more weight in the evaluation than the questionnaire, because it is built on concrete examples.

#Do I have to do it in one sitting? By when?

No. The assessment can be paused and finished later at any time. The deadline is set by your company's program; reminders go only to those who have not finished yet, and access to the platform does not end when the program ends.

#I interrupted the conversation. Will I lose my data?

No. After you sign in again, you continue where you left off. Aimee remembers the whole conversation so far.

#Is there a time limit in the conversation?

No. You are in charge of the conversation. When you feel you have said everything important, Aimee closes the conversation herself, or you will see an option to end it.

#Aimee is taking a long time to reply. Is something wrong?

A reply usually comes within a few seconds. When AI models happen to be under heavy load, it can occasionally take longer, and the app will let you know. If the conversation freezes entirely, reload the page. The conversation is not lost.

#Can I answer by voice?

Yes. In the conversation with Aimee you can dictate your answers, and the transcript is inserted into the field as text. So you still see it before sending and can edit it.

#What if I do not want to share specific internal information?

You do not have to. Aimee only needs a description of the situation without sensitive details: "I was preparing a proposal for a client" works just as well as a named example. Specific numbers, client names, and internal documents do not belong in the conversation, and Aimee will never ask you for them.

#I only did the questionnaire. Where is the full report?

After the questionnaire you see a first rough result. The full report with all its parts and recommendations is created only after the conversation with Aimee, because that is where we see concrete examples from your work. You can finish the conversation at any time; we will remind you by email.

#How long does the report take to generate?

Usually a few minutes. Once it is ready, you get an email with a link. If generation gets stuck in a rare case, the system retries on its own; if the report does not arrive even within an hour, write to support.

#Can I retake the assessment?

Yes, and it is a deliberate part of the methodology. Repeated measurement is most valuable after coaching or after several months of your own practice, because it shows real progress. It measures with the same yardstick: the same methodology and the same criteria, so the difference between two measurements shows the change in your work, not a change in the rules. (If a new version of the methodology comes out in the meantime, treat the new score as a new baseline; the old and new numbers may not match one to one.)

A new attempt runs through a credit, which we set up for you at your organization's request, or which you can buy yourself. All previous reports stay with you, nothing is overwritten.
