FAQ

Who sees what

What you see, what a manager or admin sees, how the team report and anonymity work.

#What do I see as a participant?

Everything of yours: the complete report, recommendations, check-in history, and certificate.

#What does my manager or program admin see?

The program admin sees progress and results: who took part, who finished, individuals' levels and styles, check-in participation, and team aggregates. A team manager sees the same for their team. No one in your organization sees the content of your conversations with Aimee - the transcripts are not available in the app or through the organization's API key. The only thing a manager sees from check-ins is short named notes in the weekly overview (details in the "Coaching, check-ins and recommendations" section).

The Aibility team can access data when handling support requests and as part of operational oversight of the quality and safety of AI responses; access is limited to a small team, logged, and operational telemetry is deleted after 90 days.

#How does the team report and anonymity work?

There are two kinds, and they differ on purpose. The weekly overview for a team manager is named: it shows who took part in the check-in that week and short notes you shared in it (for example a recent win). It does not contain conversation transcripts.

The aggregate analyses we prepare for program leadership work with aggregates from 5 people up, so that no individual can be read out of them: the distribution of levels, common patterns, barriers, and recommended next steps for the team's development. Neither report serves as a basis for evaluating people.

#Can the results be connected to our HR systems?

Yes, as a structured export (JSON or CSV) with results and participation. Conversation transcripts are not in this export. We are happy to discuss mapping to your internal competency model.
