#What is a check-in?

A short reflective conversation with Aimee, about 5 minutes. You go over what you tried with AI, where it got stuck, and what makes sense next. No theory, no slides. The check-in produces a recommendation tailored to your role and level.

#Who gets check-ins?

Participants with a completed assessment. Without it, Aimee has nothing to build on, so check-in invitations go out only after completion.

#How does the coaching rhythm work?

Coaching runs in windows, weekly by default; a typical program has 4 windows, and the organization sets the length and rhythm to fit. A window opens on a given day and time, and during it you find 5 minutes for the check-in. Between windows there is time to try the recommendation in practice. The invitation comes by email, with a reminder before the window closes if you have not done the check-in.

#What if I am on holiday?

Nothing happens. A window you miss simply passes without you, and you continue normally in the next one. Nothing locks and you lose no data.

#How are my recommendations created?

From two sources. When you complete a check-in, the recommendation draws on your profile and on what you just said in the check-in. When a check-in is missed, at the end of the window you get a recommendation built on your assessment. In both cases you get an email once the recommendation is ready.

Each recommendation has one main action for your specific work, not a list of ten tasks.

#Where are my check-in answers stored?

They stay in your profile in the app, with your recommendations. The team lead gets a weekly overview that, besides participation, contains short named notes from check-ins (for example whose experiment went well that week). They do not see the verbatim transcript of your conversation.

#Can I add the check-in dates to my calendar?

Yes. The coaching program comes with a calendar link (ICS) that you add to Outlook, Google Calendar, or Apple Calendar. The window dates update themselves in it, including the language according to your setting.

#What is the AI coach?

An ongoing coaching chat with Aimee over your report, outside the check-in rhythm. You can ask anything about your work with AI, and Aimee answers with full knowledge of your profile. It is enabled per organization; if you do not see it in the menu, your company does not have it active yet.
