Signing in and access

Passwordless magic-link sign-in, undelivered emails, and expired links.

#How do I sign in?

With your work email, no password. You click the invitation, enter your email, and a sign-in link (magic link) arrives from an address on the email.aimee.coach domain. Clicking it takes you in.

There is no password on purpose: no extra passwords, and nothing for your IT to integrate. The password tab you see on the sign-in page is for administrator accounts; as a participant you do not need it.

#My sign-in email did not arrive. What now?

  1. Wait a few minutes. Corporate email filters sometimes delay delivery.
  2. Check spam and bulk mail. Look for a sender on the email.aimee.coach domain.
  3. Check for typos in the email you entered.
  4. If nothing helps, write to support@aibility.cz. We can verify whether the email was sent at all and where it got stuck.

The sign-in link is valid for 15 minutes. We account for corporate link-checking tools (Safe Links and similar); their automatic click does not invalidate the link.

When the link expires, go to sp.aimee.coach/login and request a new one. You will not lose an assessment in progress.

#It says my email already has an account

The account already exists, most likely from an earlier invitation. You do not need to register again, just sign in at sp.aimee.coach/login with the same email.

#How long do I stay signed in?

Only the sign-in link is time-limited. The session in your browser lasts a long time and extends with normal use, so you usually need a new link only on a new device or after a longer break.

#Do you have SSO?

No. Signing in with a magic link is a deliberate choice: no passwords and zero integration for your IT. If SSO is a requirement for your company, get in touch and we will gladly discuss it.
