For program admins
Importing participants, demo and pilot, campaigns, working with team results, and offboarding.
#How do I supply the list of participants?
As a table (CSV, UTF-8) with the columns: email, full name (first and last name in one column), team, and optionally language. You can also send us Excel and we will convert it. Assigning people to teams is needed for team reports. One organization holds up to 5,000 participants. Alternatively you can use the universal invite link, through which people register themselves.
#Can we try it first?
Yes. We prepare a demo link with limited validity, through which anyone from the project team can go through the assessment. For a pilot we recommend a group of at least 5 people, so that the team report makes sense too.
#How do we add new colleagues along the way?
Send us the name and email (plus team and language). We add them, the invitation goes out automatically, and they join the running coaching from the next open window.
#Can we include external contractors?
Yes. An email address is enough; the form of cooperation does not matter.
#A participant filled in the assessment on the wrong or a private email
Write to support. We can move the results to the correct company account, or create a new one and clean up the old one.
#We will extend the deadline. Will we spam those who already finished?
No. Reminders go automatically only to people with an unfinished assessment. Those who finished get no further nudges.
#How do campaigns and reminders work?
The rollout runs as a campaign with a start and end date. Invitations go out at the start, reminders are scheduled for specific dates (a maximum of 5 per campaign) and always go only to those who have not finished. The dates and the campaign end can be moved as you go.
#What should we as a team do with the results?
It depends on what the team report shows. A team where most people are at a similar level can work well in a shared program. A team where beginners sit next to strong Builders usually needs two tracks: the basics for some, advanced building for others. When the same next step repeats for several people, a shared workshop makes sense; when everyone has a different need, individual coaching works better. Involve stronger AI users as internal champions. And after the program, run a re-assessment so you can see real progress.
#An employee is leaving us. What about their account and data?
Let us know and we will remove them from the organization. The account and personal report belong to the participant: they can export their data or request deletion through support.
#How much does it cost?
The price depends on the size and scope of the program (assessment, coaching, team reports). Write to zaneta.pavlickova@aibility.cz and we will prepare a tailored quote.
#Can we have our own content in the platform?
Yes, two options. Space: your own pages (for example an internal AI guide or a results microsite) pinned right in the platform menu, visible only to your organization, team, or specific people. And organization prompts: your own tab in the prompt library with prompts tailored to your tools. The Aibility team manages both for you.
