What it is and how it works

#What is the Superpowered Professional assessment?

The assessment looks at what you actually do with AI in your work: how often you use it, for which tasks, with what context, and whether it is changing the way you work.

It has two parts. Spark is a short questionnaire (16 questions, about 5 minutes). Deep is a conversation with Aimee that goes into depth through concrete examples from your work (15 to 20 minutes). The result is a personal report: your level of working with AI, the style you most often create value with, your next step, and recommendations for your role.

#Is it a test? Can I answer wrong?

No. We ask about how you really work today, so there is no wrong answer. When you answer honestly, you get recommendations that fit your real work. When you play a part, you get recommendations for someone else.

The result is not used for performance reviews, promotions, or pay. It is a development tool.

#Why did I get an invitation? Is participation mandatory?

Your company sent the invitation as part of a development program. Whether participation is mandatory is your company's decision; on our side it is a development tool, not a check. The result is not used for performance reviews, and your company does not see the content of your conversations with Aimee (details in the "Who sees what" section).

#I barely use AI. Does this even make sense for me?

Yes, possibly the most. The assessment measures current practice, not knowledge, so there is nothing to be embarrassed about. AI Explorer is a legitimate starting point in the methodology, and you get recommendations that match where you are, not tasks three levels ahead.

#Who is Aimee?

Aimee is the platform's AI guide. She leads the deep conversation, check-ins, and coaching conversations. She is not a person. She works according to the Superpowered Professional™ methodology and knows your profile, so she asks like a curious colleague, not an examiner.

#How much time will it take?

About 25 minutes in total. The questionnaire takes 5 minutes, the conversation with Aimee 15 to 20 minutes. You can pause and come back at any time, nothing is lost.

#What is free and what is paid?

The Spark questionnaire is free and gives you a first rough result. The full report comes from the Deep conversation, which is paid: individuals buy it as a one-time purchase, and in a company program the organization covers it.

If you were invited by your employer, you pay nothing.

#Do I need to install anything?

No. Everything runs in the browser at sp.aimee.coach. It works on mobile too, but the conversation with Aimee is more comfortable on a computer, where typing is easier.
